Weekly Qigong – Come get energized and balanced with Yul.  Yul has opened up new one-on one time slots on Thurs and Fri 2-8 pm for Qigong as well as community acupuncture on a sliding pricing scale on Sundays and Mondays from 11-3. Yul is now a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (RTCMP) offering acupuncture and herbs. Yul will no longer be offering Thursday night group Qigong classes. Craniosacral Registered Massage Therapist – Marie-Lynn Tremblay uses a unique blend of craniosacral therapy, myofascial release and visceral manipulation techniques to allow the body’s own healing intelligence to restructure itself toward its ideal body function. With her light, hands-on methods, she encourages healing by using the craniosacral rhythm felt mainly at the skull and sacrum and in the interconnected web called fascia throughout the body.
